90 Days In

When we launched the AusCycling pilot, we had hypotheses about member behaviour, adoption curves, and revenue potential. Three months in, we have data.

Key Learnings

1. Behaviour Change Isn't Required

Our biggest validation: members don't need to change how they book. They see savings, they use the portal, they book. The simpler the message, the higher the adoption.

2. Event Proximity Drives Volume

Bookings spike 2-3 weeks before major events. The connection between event communications and travel activation is direct and measurable.

3. Hotel Is the Entry Point

80% of first bookings are accommodation. Once members experience the savings, they return for flights and packages.

What's Next

We're now expanding the pilot to include BMX Australia and additional state-level federations. The model is proving repeatable.

More updates to come as we scale.
